Welcome back to Term 2 2017. What a great start to the term with our Family Fun Day. It was a superb day with perfect weather, awesome entertainment and delicious food. A very big thank you to all our parents for your support and spending the day with the CHP/345 family.
Wishing all our Moms a very Happy Mother’s Day for Sunday 14th May.
Very Important Gr 00 Parents: Applications for Grade R 2018 are now open. The admissions contract has been sent home with your child. Please complete the admission contract and send back to school with the supporting documents. Applications will be closing on Wednesday 31st May 2017. Winter term: The cold winter days are upon us. Please ensure your child is dressed warmly. If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.
Swimming: Please note that May is the last month of the swimming season. The Swim School will re-open on the 5th of September.
Slipper Day: 345 Supports Reach for a Dream Slipper day is on Friday 12th May. Please send R10 with your child to purchase a slipper day wrist band from their class teacher. Your child can wear their slippers to school on Friday, only if they have purchased a wrist band.
345 Concert: Parents please save the date for the Concert. Saturday 3rd June 2017. 345 CW will start at 9:30am. A Letter with more details will be sent out.

Changing from half day to full day or full day to half day: Please note that we require 1 months notice in writing. Please email this to fees@345.co.za
Extra Services:
Swimming: Please note that we require 1 months notice in writing mailed to fees@345.co.za to add or cancel swimming. We will not accept any notes written in the communication book.
Aftercare: Parents please take note of the following changes pertaining to Aftercare as of Monday 6th March. Grade 00 Owls children will go to the Grade R Class (opposite the Astro) and playground for aftercare from 2:00pm-5:30pm. They will not be going to the toddler section for aftercare. Please collect your child from the Grade R class.
Swimming: 345 Swim School: If you would like to enroll your child for swimming, please email Mr Anthony Lord: lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za
Accounts: Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7th of the month. Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.
