NOTICES 9^th – 13^th May 2016

Welcome back to Term 2 2016.  I hope everyone had a good rest and is ready for a fun filled and exciting Term 2.

Winter term:  The cold winter days are upon us.  Please ensure your child is dressed warmly.  If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.

345 Concert: 345 Nursey school concert is on the 28^th May at 12:00pm.  Details will be sent out shortly.

Swimming: Please note that May is the last month of the swimming season.  The SwimS will re-open on the 6^th of September.

Grade R Applications: Gr 00 (Owls Class) parents as per the letter sent out in April 2016, the Grade R applications will close on the 31^st May 2016. Please start sending in your applications.  If we do not receive your application, the spaces will be given to the children on the waiting list.

Communication:

Welcome to Mrs Karien Kennedy who will be joining 345 Nursery School as of 1 June 2016.  Karien will be the new HOD for 345 Nursery Schools and will be teaching Grade R at Vorna Valley.

Contacting the Correct Departments: Please contact your class teacher via email for any teaching, lost property, school extra mural activities or homework issues. Staff email addresses can be found on the website.

Sport and 345 swimming: All queries related to integrated sport, sport fixtures and 345 swim school; please email our Head of Sport, Anthony Lord lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za .

General complaints: Please email the HOD Lasya Venter at venter.lasya@carlswaldhouse.co.za .

Outside Extra murals:  Please note all outside extra mural activities (Karate, Little Kickers, Pottery, Little lab coats, Ballet, Manners for Minors) must be contacted directly as we do not manage their schedules.  You can contact the office for their details.

Catering: Any dietary related issues, please email our catering manager: Anne-Mari Vermeulen at vermeulen.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za .

School Fees:  Any queries with schools fees or cancelling of services (swimming, aftercare or lunch) please email Joanne Bevan at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za . Please note we require a month’s notice to cancel or make changes to any of the services.

Accounts:  Your billing for June fees will be emailed on the 23^rd May.  Please check your inboxes as well as your junk/spam mailboxes.  If you do not receive your invoice please email Joanne Bevan fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please email Joanne Bevan if you have any queries:  fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
