NOTICES 11th – 15th June 2018.
Book week was a fantastic week, the children enjoyed learning about books and how important reading is!! The highlight of the week was to dress up as a favourite book character. The children went all out, Thank You parents for putting in the effort for your child. To all the teachers, “Thank You” for all your effort during Book Week.
Please ensure that all your children’s clothes and other belongings are clearly marked.
Applications for Grade 1: Applications for Grade 1 at Carlswald House Preparatory are open, forms have been sent home in your child’s bag. Applications close Tuesday 31 July.
Father’s Day Tea: Friday 15 June. Dad’s please join your little one anytime between
07h15 – 09h00 in a Father’s Day craft activity when you drop them at school on Friday. There will be some delicious snacks and tea/coffee available for you as well.
Parent/Teacher Meetings There will be Parent/Teacher Meetings on Wednesday 20 June from 14h00 – 18h30. Please book your time slot with the class teacher.
Mid Term Break: Monday 25 June – Friday 29 June, 345 Vorna Valley will be closed this week. Holiday care will be offered at CHP. If you are wanting your child to attend, please send the reply form back to Sharon.
Accounts: Please remember to pay your accounts timeously each month. Payments are due by the 7th of each month.
Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.
