Applications for Grade 1 at CHP 2018 are now open.  The admission contract has been sent home with your child.  Please complete the admission contract and send back to school with the supporting documents.  VV Applications will be closing on Wednesday 31st May 2017.  Thereafter applications will be open to the public.  If you require any further information, please contact Leressa Sebastian on         011 029 0802 or admin@345.co.za

 Booking Appointments: VERY IMPORTANT:

Dear parents if you would like a meeting with Mr Tagg, please make an appointment with Sharon via phone or mail.

Concert:  Our annual concert is on Saturday 3 June at 12h30 @ CHP.  Tickets will be available from Sharon at the office from Monday 29 May and will cost R50 per adult. Kids under 12 are free.

Measles vaccine:  This will take place in the following weeks, unfortunately the Health Dept can’t give an exact date as the campaign has been extended.  (We have been informed that this is an injection).

Holiday Fun Club:  Parents during the Half Term Break Friday 23rd June the Vorna Valley campus will close and will re-open on Monday 3rd July.  We are offering the service of Holiday Fun Club to all our Vorna Valley children.  Holiday Fun Club takes place at 345 Carlswald.   Letters will be sent out giving more details regarding the Holiday Fun Club.     Please respond with the reply slip if you are going to attend.  All reply slips must be handed in by Monday 12th June.

Accounts:  Please remember to pay your accounts timeously each month.  Payments are due by the 7th of each month.

Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.
