NOTICES 6th – 10th November 2017
Please ensure that all your children’s clothes and other belongings are clearly marked.
Booking Appointments: VERY IMPORTANT:
Dear parents if you would like a meeting with Mr. Tagg, please make an appointment with Chrisna or Sharon via phone or mail.
Grade R Graduation: This will take place on Thursday 16 November at 09h00. Please remember to RSVP to Teacher Freyja.
Sports Day: Will take place on Friday 10 November at CHP for Grade 000 and Grade 00. Indemnity forms will be sent home today, please complete and send back to school.
Last day of school – 7 December. School will close at 11:00am and the school will shut at 12:00pm. ALL CHILDREN must be collected. There will be NO supervision after 12:00pm.
2017 Accounts: Parents, please ensure your school fee account is paid up to date by December. No child will be allowed to start 2018 with outstanding debt on their account.
Accounts: Please remember to pay your accounts timeously each month. Payments are due by the 7th of each month.
Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made. Please email Sharon Maytom: adminvornavalley@345.co.za.
