Applications for Grade 1 at CHP 2018 are now open. The admission contract has been sent home with your child. Please complete the admission contract and send back to school with the supporting documents. VV Applications will be closing on Wednesday 31st May 2017. Ballet: Ballet parents please remember that you are invited to watch your little ballerinas dance during their lesson on Tuesday 4 April @10h00.
Dental Screenings: This will be for Grade 000, 00 and R children only and will take place during school on Friday 7 April.
April Holiday Care: Please remember to send back the reply slips before Friday 31 March indicating whether your child will be attending April Holiday Care.
Family Fun Day: Saturday 6th May at 10:00am: A very exciting day is planned for the entire family with loads of fun filled entertainment for the children. Tickets are on Sale, if you purchase before the 6th May the tickets will cost R60-00. The tickets are R70-00 on the day.

Dear parents if you would like a meeting with Mr Tagg, please make an appointment with Sharon via phone or mail.
Swimming: Swimming is on a Monday and Wednesday morning. If your child is doing swimming, please remember to send their costume and towel in their swimming bag. Please ensure that your child is at school by 8h30 for the transport.
Accounts: Please remember to pay your accounts timeously each month. Payments are due by the 7th of each month.
Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.
